Who we are
Neurova Labs sells creatine monohydrate online to customers in South Africa. This policy covers neurovalabs.store. Questions about privacy can go to returns@neurovalabs.store.
What we collect
Visits and advertising measurement. When you browse the site we record which pages you viewed, the product you looked at, whether you added something to the cart, and whether you tapped the checkout button. We also record the device and browser type, an approximate country, and a scrambled copy of your connection address used to stop review spam. This is not used to identify you personally.
Orders. Payment and order records are handled by Shopify on their own secure checkout pages. We never see or store your card details.
Email sign-ups. If you join the newsletter we store your email address and when you signed up.
Reviews. If you leave a review we store the name you choose, your review, and your email address so we can check the review is genuine. Your email is never shown on the site. An Instagram handle or profile photo is optional and, if you add one, it is shown with your review.
Who we share it with
Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) measures how the site is used and how our advertising performs, and uses that to show our ads to people likely to be interested. Google's own explanation of how it uses data when you visit a site that uses its services is at business.safety.google/privacy.
Shopify processes checkout, payments and delivery. Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not pass your email address to advertising platforms.
Consent and opting out
Our customers are in South Africa, where this kind of measurement does not require a cookie banner, so we do not show one. Visitors in Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec are treated differently: no advertising tracking runs for them unless they choose to accept it, and we do not send identifying information to advertising platforms for anyone.
You can stop advertising measurement at any time: clear the site's cookies or your browser's stored data for this site, block googletagmanager.com and googleadservices.com in your browser, or use Google's advertising settings at myadcenter.google.com and the industry opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info. Marketing emails always carry an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Advertising cookies typically last up to 13 months. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Approved reviews stay on the site while your review stands; ask us to remove it and we will. Order records are kept as long as tax and consumer law require.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published here with the same link in the footer. Continued use of the site after an update means the new version applies.
